Shipping
Free shipping for United States on orders $50USD and above before shipping. Some exclusions may apply.
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. Your order will be shipped via USPS or Canada Post. Once orders have been shipped, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days within the US and 6-10 days within Canada. International order times may vary. Expedited shipping rates are available and can be seen on the order processing pages. Shipping times subject to selected shipping rate.
We ship from Monday to Friday, we do not ship on weekends or North American statutory holidays. We ensure that we will do our best in delivering your package on time, however we are not held responsible for shipping interruptions.
Incorrect shipping information or instructions is solely upon the responsibility of the customer to provide correct shipping details. Any delays or delivery failures due to incorrect shipping information is the customers responsibility and Club Stamping is not liable for said delays, interruptions, or lost orders due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Once your order is placed you are sent an order confirmation to verify that all the correct information was inputted. This serves as a verification email of approval before shipping. If your order confirmation does not match what you have selected or you would like to make a change, please email: orders@clubstamping.com. Changes to orders cannot be guaranteed; however, we do our best to notify customers if their order is incomplete or has duplicate orders.
ClubStamping is not responsible for additional applicable shipping and tax charges including duties. Orders will be charged accordingly. Conditions may apply.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Golf club stamps (possible exceptions may apply, please reach our returns team at orders@clubstamping.com for more information)
Golf club stamps including stamping kits may be returned at Club Stamping's discretion (non-defective stamps may be subject to restocking fees. Please contact us to receive a quoted fee. Upon receiving the return the restocking fee may be readjusted to reflect the condition or reason for return)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item including any brokerage fees or fees due to the shipping service you have provided your return with. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping along with associated fees will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Original shipping fees including the cost for free shipping absorbed by the original purchase are non-refundable and will be taken out of the returned amount (please contact us to recieve the cost of our original shipping fee for the free order).
Restocking fees may be applicable to returned orders and will be determined upon receiving the return. Please contact us for a restocking fee quote and reason for return. Restocking fees are subject to condition of the return as well as the reason for said return. Upon inspection the restocking fee may be adjusted higher or lower by our returns team).
